Questions

Straight answers.

Including the ones about what PTOps will not do, and what is not built yet.

Getting in
Can I sign up today?

No. There is no self-serve signup — an account has to be created for you, one at a time, while the first cohort runs. That is why the button says early access rather than free trial.

What does it cost?

Undecided. Pricing gets set once the first cohort has run real clients through the product. Quoting a number now would be a guess dressed as a plan.

Can I bring clients from another platform?

Not yet, and it is the piece most likely to decide whether you can move. It is designed and not built. If this is what you need, say so when you join the list — it moves up the order.

What is actually built
What is live today?

Scheduling and self-booking, programming and templates, strength benchmarks, daily and weekly check-ins, Apple Health and Health Connect, diagnostics, onboarding tracking, documents, and the client app.

What is not?

Messaging, payments, transcription of consultations, and automated weekly reviews. Each is designed, some have their machinery built and switched off, and none is presented on this site as though it works.

Are the screenshots real?

Every one is the running product signed in against a real database — real laboratory reports, 4,021 device health samples, sixteen recorded strength tests. They are cropped, never composed: the browser and phone frames are ours, and everything inside one is an unedited screen.

Boundaries
Does PTOps interpret bloodwork?

No. It reports what the laboratory measured, keeps the laboratory's own reference ranges and flags, and never applies a threshold of its own. Interpretation belongs with a healthcare professional. Coaching guidance is drafted from published clinical guidelines, cited, and reviewed by a registered clinician before any coach sees it.

Does AI write my programmes?

The coach writes the programme. AI's job is to transcribe, organise, summarise and draft, and anything it produces stays a draft until you approve it, with the approver recorded. It never publishes to a client on its own.

Does PTOps read my calendar?

It reads when you are busy and nothing else. There is no field in PTOps that an event title, a location or an attendee could be stored in, so clients see an unavailable slot and never what you were doing.

What happens to a question a client does not answer?

It is shown to the coach as “Not recorded” — never as a zero and never as a guess. A question that was never asked is a different thing again, and PTOps keeps those apart.

What if their phone sends nothing?

A day with no reading is drawn as a gap and stated in words. It is never shown as zero, because a flat line reads as “they did nothing”, and that is a claim about a person rather than a reading.

Your clients' data
Who owns it?

Your clients contract with you, not with PTOps. Nothing in the product uses client health data for any purpose of ours, and no feature is permitted to acquire one by accident.

What does PTOps store from a phone?

Steps, resting heart rate, active energy, workouts, and sleep where the provider supplies it. There is nowhere in the schema to put anything else — no blood glucose, no blood oxygen, no ECG.

Does PTOps do cycle tracking?

Optionally, and a client turns it on themselves — it is not read from a phone and it is not part of the health list above. Tracking and sharing are separate switches, both off by default. Sharing shows you everything they have recorded and they can take it back at any time; assistants never see it. PTOps predicts nothing from it and there is no free-text field, so what you see is what they chose from a fixed list.

Can one coach see another business's clients?

No, and it is enforced by the database rather than by a screen. It is the single thing this product tests hardest.
